I’ve been knocking out some fab on this one the last few days.

We’re trying to keep as much room under the seats for spare parts/tool storage as we can. Knocked up some mounts, tacked them in place.  Forgot to get a pic, but KB and Cole came by for a test fit.C732480F-3FD6-48D2-9D1A-C6003C7EA0D6EC58E9B8-A5AA-4139-AC0A-148C6AB74E306FA60DF7-F5A1-404B-9890-0B29475BE0E3

Repeated the process for the pass side.40179F83-95C3-473E-846C-28075608BC8046A69F25-3D50-4D6D-873A-1FFFD11569394E694247-EF5D-46D0-99CE-CFA5174072CC92A5665A-1BA7-4794-B299-7DE3127378C5

Damn!! That’s so cool. That car is the first time fiberglass was used in an automotive application.

I’m not sure what the first fiberglass car was, but first Corvette was ‘53.

You 2 are a cute couple. Can’t wait 2 see the babies y’all make.

Good thing this rig can haul at least 3 kids with the middle seat that y’all scored. 4487412C-FC7E-47A2-A005-841E3E72F25F

Friday night I was able to sneak the porta power down into the pass side a pillar and push up along the back edge of the hood opening.

    4F64C854-D884-4E6B-801F-2B0CCC45DBC60E597C81-C5E9-4B88-B6F0-820CFF7D2BB72FBB1947-52CF-4F66-8C8D-A17117527DAA

Hard to see, but I dropped a piece of 1/4” plate down the black hole on top of the heater opening for support to push on.CC90BFAB-F6C6-4A41-94A4-A3D5419BB1BF
