for what it’s worth I’ve been checking this forum frequently for probably a decade or more, even before I had any aircooled VWs, I don’t have any friends where I used to live with aircooled cars and since moving again I still don’t know anyone but I’ve felt connected to your group in a small way just because of the forum and the great group of people that post up their projects and of course the KCW builds, I’ll always be a fan and look forward to checking this forum for my daily VW fix, big thank you for keeping your forum alive all these years

My buddy in VA gets $5k for a turn key 36, problem he runs into is the availability of good parts to get a few complete units together. I think the last time he did a run of them he had about 20 engines and ended up with 5 runners out of the group!
