Put some love into your rig yesterday Mike. Started sanding the roof and JJ reminded me about rear seat mounts.

Dissected, fit and burned them in.

Yes Sr. that hole has been taken care of.

Cut open the backside of the engine lid mount yesterday. Broken nut cage and no nut plate that I could find or fish out with the magnet. 

 

Made a new nut plate and cage. 

All back together!

^^ First knockoffs I’ve seen of those. That’s just about half price.

Looks like they make some later Porsche knockoffs also.

More affordable wheels options are always good.

Started back on this yesterday afternoon. Made a buck using Glenn’s SCab as a pattern for the bulkhead dimples. 

Few love taps to get her there.  

Stoked with how they came out!

Burned in the bed floor sections and bulkhead this morning. Finish grinding and working over folded edges to go. 

Came across rear seat back mounts while digging out latches. Need to get them dissected and back on.
