These Porsche 17s are catching my eye. I can get a decent deal on the set, 17×7 & 17×9. Is it just me, or would these look great paint detailed? Chrome or polished with black in the window/lug hole area? Narrow the 9s to 5s…

Don’t do the 5″ wide!! You’ll have to buy stupid tires from Europe. 7″ wide will fit. But I know your building your Fastback to do all that show car stuff. I know, I lived that life once. Now I see it and don’t miss it.
But it I like the idea of detail and paint work on the rims
No chrome! Chrome is out of style!

We will build it if it comes.
Hmmmm I’m not sure.
mustag 16″ look kinda cool. But I’d be worried of someone recognizing them.
Those wheels are one year only Porsche C4 – S I put them on my sons MK4 Golf
They look great. What year is the one year only on those?
I’m a fan of 17×5 with 165/45/17 tires.
Any rim width can be cut down if the size is not available.

Hell, they all look good. And here I was… thinking I was really stepping out there with painting the inside of the stock rim to match the body color…
