Lindsey racing called them P3 wheeks , the price above was 2008, thay dont do them anymore , But they do P2 wheels which are Fuchs centers and DOT polished 17 in hoops.. I saw someone else do something similar to Andy recently, but with less paint. They taped/sealed up the backside of the wheel face, then poured the black paint on the front side.
