I wouldn’t let this beautiful Rig leave KCW until I turned the key and drove it out through the gates……..

Yeah, lets get Cole over here to help finish-out. It should only take 2-3 days to install mechanicals and make some adjustment.

I ordered a bunch of brake, bearing and steering parts along with new floor mats-front, rear, pedestal, and walk-thru.

Ok, Cole?  You’re probably leaning the same way by now.  Let’s finish this thing at KCW and see her roll out from Grand Junction!

Dropped spindle modifications for flipped king pins. Clearance on the backside of the spindle and steering arm for link pins and torsion arm pinch bolts.

One of the king pin surfaces was rust-pitted. I welded it, and turned the diameter back to stock on the lathe

The spindle’s brass bushings all checked out. It must not have been driven with the rusty king pin.🤔

As they say; One Stop Shop! You guys don’t cut corners which is refreshing.

What King Pin bushings do you guys use/ recommend?

Also, who in the hell sells the reamer for King Pin Bushings? All I could find were bug king pin reamers for sale. Every shop I called shrugged when I asked where I could find a Bus king pin reamer.

BBT has a nice king pin bushing kit. I think CIP1 stocks them or WW.

I like these adjustable reamers from Mcmaster Carr

The interior boxes opened for the first time. They are awesome! Check out the brown packing paper on the backsides of the panels like original.
