Got started at 430 this morning. Finished fitting/tacking tube for front shock mounts. 

Front glass fit. 

Last few bits arrived to finish the steering.

We will build it if it comes.

I wonder after my debacle of racing how you guys feel about it afterwards?   More positive?  Can’t wait?  More motivated?  Less motivated?  I would think my experience’s, you guys might think twice about it??

I heard Riley can’t wait to co-drive again!!  Maybe that keeps Pat motivated?

^^^ Nah.. that’s racing. Shit will get broken and beat. I am assuming I’ll be replacing my front fiber glass more then I like.

Knocked out the rest of the steering this weekend between NASCAR races.

Couple of shaft support bearing’s and a bracket to support them.  

We will build it if it comes.

I’m glad it doesn’t get you guys down!!!!   It sure does me!!!   I was figuring up what I spent just on KOH’s..  Needless to say,,, I could have bought like 4 heaters for the dirty shop… at retail price!

Engine case is at Rimco for shuffle pins, full flow and oil squirters.

Crank and flywheel just came back form DPR.

I can’t wait for us to have a couple cars out there at races!! I’m glad our bad luck isn’t bringing you guys down too… one day we will have our race!! And we all learn something from each race too. We are getting a good racing team and family going also 😎

Fresh AS41 case arrived yesterday. Shuffle pinned, full flowed, and Porsche oil squirters by RIMCO.

Need to get a set of heads and cam ordered next.

I think I feel about it the same way as Dad does. In terms of like “it is what it is” if you get damage, wrecked or whatever. I feel like I’m getting motivated to start helping Dad more on this too. Which I think is partially because of KOH.  Being able to be back in that racing atmosphere was really a breath of fresh air for me. Not to mention, I don’t feel that I show it but I consider myself a relatively competitive person, which is another thing that helps mentally motivate me. I’m really excited for this racing season.
