Thanks Pat. Uh yeah the Karma thing. Hahaha. That leads me to the next question
So any advice on how to get a cable out that’s stuck in the tube. Not sure at the moment which one but it has the sheathing. And it’s stuck. I’ve sprayed all kinds of shit in it and tried pulling it out with visegrips clamped to the end and pushing it out with a solid rod.
Also it’s a deluxe bus with belly pans that are in good shape and do not need to be removed.tlambertParticipantSeptember 24, 2019 at 8:46 amPost count: 279tlambertParticipantAugust 28, 2019 at 10:55 amPost count: 279tlambertParticipantAugust 16, 2019 at 8:34 amPost count: 279tlambertParticipantAugust 12, 2019 at 11:10 pmPost count: 279tlambertParticipantAugust 12, 2019 at 11:02 pmPost count: 279tlambertParticipantJuly 26, 2019 at 7:45 pmPost count: 279

Cool Baja. Seems everyone is getting into these again.

That is badass Franz. That car has semaphores. Probably a nightmare to get parts.
Might be cool sitting on a beetle chassis and aircoooled
check out these also.tlambertParticipantJuly 14, 2019 at 6:03 pmPost count: 279

Cool to see more metal being made. People are forgetting you still have to paint it, restore all the parts, and do interior….and if you don’t have a donor bus, finding all the pieces is going to take some time and money. Like they were saying on samba it would be good for re-vin’d crashed & rusty busses…but not going to be a low cost replacement for restoration.
I agree Franz. It won’t be a low cost build but will be good for one that is crashed and just rusted to total shit. Haha.
The bad would be people trying to pass it off as a original bus for big $$$ and not disclosing its a re-vin.
Done correctly people that want a nice bus won’t care if it’s a re-vin.tlambertParticipantJune 12, 2019 at 4:51 pmPost count: 279
The run off from all the snow was literally seeping out of the ground from anywhere and everywhere! Waterfalls of all sizes everywhere you looked!!!! Water rushing through the creek, so much hydro power!!!! I took waaaaaaaaayyyy too few pics, but have lots of great mental shots!!!
Why doesn’t anyone live in these houses?
