    9 months and no action in this thread? Wtf!?! Slackin!! Little photo dump….I killed the kombi motor at the end of last season, high rpm burnouts starved one of the rod bearings of oil 🙄 all back together with the ID of mains cut 360 for full time oiling. Just waiting for the salt to get washed away before getting her back on the road.

    big group of us are planning to make the trip to Cali for the barndoor gathering Octo in June   Few buses needed some semaphores and fresh tail lights so I’ve been on a bit of a kick rebuilding a big lot of those.
    finally got around to installing a diesel heater in my bus, gonna be nice to have some heat! Also finishing my interior, middle jump seat and folding table.

    What’s up with the oil bath breather in the middle of the engine along with dual carbs?

    it’s just that…old oil bath converted to crankcase vent. We’ve made a few for our rides, they work great and you don’t need a pile of hoses snaking all over the place

    Thats interesting would you mind posting some more pics of it and how you did it? That’s cool I like it.
