Is the rubber floor mat coming along?
Also, I have a list of items we need to complete. Some have been on back order with HOG for a couple weeks.
– interior garnish trim (door and quarter tops)
– window divider trim.
-rear defrost tube long length 30mm diameter
-speedometer cable
-rear seat strap and hold down plate.
-window winder knobs. Should this car have KG knob profile?
-brass contact ring for the horn…We are missing this part. Item number 16 below. Maybe this is the same part as a beetle?

Horns assembled today and more little things.
JJ gave up a 6 volt horn relay from one of his lowlights.

Another question on knobs, I believe ivory is correct. But which style? Would early kg be the same as beetle?
The darker ivory kg knobs May be reproduction?

I finished installing the engine, packed bearings, bleed brakes, and cleaned/Installed the fuel tank over the weekend.

Not sure making a torque wrench out of bubble gum and popsicle sticks is the best use of time.
Been ripping mine daily. Getting cold in the mornings now.
