I have built 37 class 11 cars over the years there were over 200 dead animals in this car when I started it, called it the death mobile won over 25000 dollars in 2008 with it after parking the 67 because I kept cracking or breaking rear drums on it. Always try to make my cars look old school 70s look

in reply to: JJ’s Class 11 Oval #54291it staid that way till mid 84 when my mom spilled house paint all over it while painting the house and didnt clean the paint off, its bright red now after being black and yellow before that. I quit making them nice as they are to easy to damage a nice car, It looked great in Porsche yellow, won the 84 Baja 1000 with it yellow

in reply to: PatK’s Class 5/1600 #54164you are allowed to reshape 1/2 below not remove, complete waste of time these days with Micro stubs as the rear end is much wider than when that rule was put in in the 70s. My car hits much farther than that so in my opinion leave the fender wells alone. Wont help me in 1979 parker 400
in reply to: JJ’s Class 11 Oval #54163ran Bilstens on the 67 then in late 76 we made the shocks with 2 lines 1 way check valves with resivors. First to have anything like that at the time. Shock held twice the amount of oil at the time, Went much bigger later on. JJ picture your weekend times 50 in 76, so many came un prepaired and many cars were raced 1 time and junked because the rules at the time just ruined cars 1st time out. Me on take off, damn thing was as old as I was
