Might have to look for a new door… 😉  or buy one from Gerson… 😉

Got everything seam sealed and epoxied up.. in all the places the factory wasn’t able to get primer.. cause they painted with the bed on…   Should last a life time or two now.. 😉   I’m gonna epoxy seal the back side of the bed now… so that it will be dry for a monday weld in session!!!!  😉  😉  😉   Gotta keep the train moving..  sometimes on a sunday 😳 😳

That epoxy looks great JJ! I can’t stop grinning… Gerson has a treasure chest door, KF442, on his site. Would you be amenable to doing it like we did the rest of the green metal, ordering it and I reimburse you the coinage?

epoxied the back side of the bed panels on sunday…. and yesterday…. welded the fuck out of it.. 🙄  🙄   and then ground all 400 of those fuckers… 😀  😀  😀     Peet is prepping and hanging parts for a black paint session!

cargo floor has more!!!! 😕  😕  😕  😕   I got that lip hammered over and crimped tight with pliers.  I think I am gonna take a little break from this project to focus on getting Zack’s car ready for the clean shop. The shell is tit’s… removables are on deck! 😉

Pat painted a bunch of chassis parts last night. You are officially in the clean shop. We’ll have the mechanicals ready to install the day the bus is painted. Fully assembled and ready to drive in a week of two from paint completion….that is not far away. February?
