Paul…. I am checking on that treasure chest door and a set of gates from Gerson…ย  I was being a bit optimistic about repairing yours.. Not that it can’t be done…. but parts vs time… end result… I dunno.. So if they are available, I am ordering them….

Getting going on front doors now.. THEY are repairable… ๐Ÿ˜‰ย  ๐Ÿ˜€ย  ๐Ÿ˜€ย  ๐Ÿ˜€ …. Decklid looks ok so far also… and maybe the apron.. ๐Ÿ™„

Looks great sitting there in bare metal.ย  As honest as you can get with a build…nothing hidden there.ย  Paul’s got to be stoked.ย  Nice work as usual.

put a few pins up here…ย  it had it’s share of dings.

If you don’t have some of these baskets…. I suggest you get some!!!! I honestly use these more than the slide hammer. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Interesting little tool. I’d imagine it allows for much more finesse than the old slide hammer. Outstanding work on the truck! Thank you for the updates.

๐Ÿ’ก ! Need one of those.

I bet my doors won’t fit that well after I’ve “aligned” them ๐Ÿ˜ณย I’m always fighting that last little binding on the top hinge, the one that causes the cracking.

Funny you mention door fits jeff… I would say my first 10 years of business… I was getting lucky with door fits.ย  It took me a long time to really figure them out….ย  ย  But waaaay tired of fittin em…. ๐Ÿ™„ย  ๐Ÿ™„ย  ๐Ÿ™„ย  ย  I;m ready for a new carrer… Any suggestions? ๐Ÿ™‚ย  Changing dog legs really affects door fits also….ย  and a lot of busses need dog legs.. ๐Ÿ˜€

I got the roof worked and ready to prime, sanded back of cab and bulkhead and a pillars and working the nose now… I laid down a row of pins in my weld and pulled it out slightly, it was slightly low from shrinking.. bueno now!!!! Found a few tiny pin holes to weld and grind and bam!!! … just did my first spread.. ๐Ÿ˜‰ย  ๐Ÿ˜‰ย  ๐Ÿ˜‰ย  ๐Ÿ˜‰ย  ย Change carrer’s…ย  I can’t even spell it right….ย  … ๐Ÿ˜ˆย  ๐Ÿ˜ˆย  ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
