Pat was kicking it on the floor yesterday!!!   He got the left side in and is now prepping the right side..  I got that pass front fender well done and moved onto the short rocker behind the cargo doors… Also threw the cargo door rocker on for some mock up!!!  More progress today!!!

Pics form yesterday.

Finished burning in the drivers side cargo floor last night. Pass cargo half is fit. Ready to start drilling holes now.

For this rig….  Floors and welding done this week, then epoxy seal the whole bottom, then use single stage over the whole bottom in sealer color…   Flip her back over, do all the outer skin work and blends, and over spray the wheel wells..  😎

Pat worked on Coles rig last night. so I imagine he will work on your floor tonight..!!!!  Painters called last friday and are getting your engine and trans together..  😎

I got things all cleaned up and apart…  Torsions looked awesome… everything did so far… must be low milage.. I would say those were original tie rid ends… 😎  I put the drum brakes out in the huge pile of drum brakes we have collected. 😎  😎  😎  Kinda like wheels…

This beam is a project….  I guess I should continue on with…  I need to start cutting the beam apart and getting down to the beam tubes….  We want to retain the needle bearings, for the awesome ride they provide….   Narrow them suckers 5″ I think.. pretty sure… 😎  add adjusters and install them into a set of our Water Jet cut KCW Castor Beam Towers…. and probably Tig welded by master Franz… 😎  😎  😎  Maybe not all in that order.  😎  The castor beam towers are taller than stock… so you can usually still run a stock length shock.  😎    Thats the beam…

The lower arms will need to be narrowed also… a job, but good mod!!!!   Spindles… Pressed apart and ground out for flipping checked out cleaned up, and reassembled in the Flipped position.  Taper the tie rod ends…   Narrow up your original tie rods and install new ends.  Center pin… I think I would shorten it…   May as well.. but not necessary…  I think we should… 😎  I think all your link pins are going to be good.. which is awesome!!!

Floors are in!!!  He’s welding down seat mounts now!!!!  😎  I’m about to get going on them two patches… 😎

Gonna be perfect to have this ready for assembly after this week…. 😎  Painted bottom by friday!!!!  😎
