Front floor went under the knife last night. Like the cargo floor it needed both L&R sections, that along with the holes left from a long gone gas heater and a couple cancer spots best choice was a whole floor replacement.DF296BC0-7876-44DB-A70A-09C2F0B6B04C6D75CF56-72DA-481C-8244-ACB0330F487F

Heat tube sections need to be removed for a complete front floor job.

Both dogleg lips and driver a pillar will need couple small patches.

Soaked the e-brake handle mech and pivot down with some sweet sauce. Hopefully we won’t need to cut the pivot pin…🤞🤞🤞132359D7-EE04-48E6-97EF-BB152C277B80

Good day blasting and spraying epoxy sealer. Ready for new metal.

This bus is just right… You get all the solid’ness of new metal with well worn patina.

The velvet green fade is outstanding.

    Hell yeah.

How about a steering box raise? The 1” raise doesn’t require floor or steering shaft modification.

Same as the palm green sand green you guys did.   Any lower and it will not get in my driveway…

I’m thinking a steering box raise is in order then!!  And it will be much easier to do without a floor in the way!!!!!!’

maybe I should dust off my welder, put some wire in it, fix the on off switch😀😀😀😀😀.   Put some time in on this next week???😁😁😁😁😁😁😁.

Are you sure? The 1″ raise doesn’t make a mess.

Going to do some patching and start fitting metal this morning.
