Still super stoked on this project..  Audrey wanted a house, Mamma wanted to help… Bam, They did it!!  7 months later… She in in HER home and comfy!  If you set your mind to it, and make it a priority, You can do anything!!!  😎 😎 😎

and if you stay on focus, and do the right things,,, It usually works out… 😎 😎 😎

worked on my house for my birthday yesterday!! We put up a ceramic wall heater, and cleaned up and started painting the attic! Looking like a real room!!

This morning.. I want to strangle a plumber.  He hooked something up wrong under the floor or in the wall, Now we gotta tear out some finished work to fix it…   Bummer.  We saw the red flags with this guy, I don’t know why we wasted our time now…  Should have got rid of that complication right away!  8-(     Pisses me off the guy who laid the floor and or did the drywall over the shit didn’t glance at that shit before he covered it up!!!!!!  Fuck..

But, but, but,,, what do ya do?  Find the problem and fix it.. and rid myself of the human that created the problem.. No more problem.. 😎  😎

Yeeeaahh… pulling up the floor today 🙈🙈

I’m really hoping they only have to pull it up in the back here where we hadn’t put the final flooring down yet.. but it’s looking possible that we may have to pull up the tile and vanity in the powder room… no water in the house for now while the new more trustworthy plumbers figure all of this out..

nothing about this house has been super easy.. but this is frustrating since it has nothing to do with it being from 1925.. just with the plumber who we paid to put all new things pipes in and instead did a half assed messed up job

To bad that plumber doesn’t have the KCW guarantee to fix what he fucked up free of charge. Document it all and take to small claims court.
