Lots of little progress has been made over the last few weeks!! Gotta squeeze in house work between camping 😉 thanks for all your help Corporate!!!!!!!🥰

Mostly flooring progress! It’s ALMOST done! One big day of focusing on it 👏🏻 The wall shelves, pantry shelves and pendant lights went up in the kitchen, and all the appliances besides the dishwasher (which is sitting in the vanagon right now 😂) are in! The kitchen is basically done!! Plus we moved some of my living room furniture in since we are planning to wait and refinish that floor when it’s warmer 👍🏻Got the floor started in the master bath – more groutable peel and stick – just have to grout it and it’s done! Then we can get the toilet, vanity and shower rollin!the last room of flooring left – the laundry room 👍🏻 The view where it looks like all the flooring is in when it’s really not 😅 please don’t hire us for flooring guys… I’ll stick to sanding 😜

Also – I officially have 8 buses parked on my lot and could fit at least a few more 😂 I love the everyday BBB vibes when I look out my windows 😍

850 Kimball is pretty dialed in now…  Project is pretty much off the daily todo lists… There are a few more things to get dialed in… Like the extra room and some closet stuff…

Each project teaches us things.. “My Girls” learned a lot of DIY stuff!!!  Even wiring and shit!!!   This was a good one!!!

yup yup!! My house is basically done!! Now I’ve just been enjoying it which is a surreal yet awesome feeling 😁

Little linen closet back here still to be done..

Zack is moving in with me at the end of his lease! So I’m also getting his room painted and carpeted soon 😁

the next big projects are outside which I am super excited for once it warms up 👍🏻 Rusty got here yesterday and immediately started talking about a little hoop greenhouse… he’s speaking my language 😏😍

Corporate spent her whole childhood helping and watching her parents build houses – so this project was right up her ally! I’m so glad she could help pass down some of what she learned from her dad to me 🧡

Monday the last room to need flooring got carpet!!

The house is like 97% done!! Just the linen closet in the back and some finishings left! Holy Moly! 11 months ago this place looked terrible… here’s a few before a I found…

Congrats Audrey!!! This is so awesome and I’m excited/jealous that you own a house! You guys have done a tremendous job with it. I think with all these new skills you’re gonna have to start flipping houses now… 😉
