Thanks Glenn, Rusty and Cole!! I am beyond happy with how it turned out.. and am so glad to have Scott on the job! He’s either built or majorly renovated all our buildings on Kimball! Pretty awesome 😎

Flipping housers sounds awesome! But  maybe we can do fixer uppers instead of full restorations next time corporate? What am I saying…  the Jones’s must love full resto projects 😂🤪

yeah rusty- remember we talked to Scott about the hoop garden? Well now he brought over about 10 2×3 insulated windows and a shower door to build a full on green house 😅

    ready when you are! 😜😆

Congrats on the house being complete, Audrey! You’ve really set yourself up well with this investment. A homeowner by the time you’re 26 is YUGE!

Good fences really do make for good neighbors 🙂 You wouldn’t believe the shit I’ve seen, land surveying for 30+ years!

hahaha yeah I’m seeing this already for sure – it was not easy work, and unfortuently there was some building timeline drama that occurred – but it is behind us and we have a new fence where we don’t have to look at each other any more 😂

So happy all this happened!  For me it’s another example for my family that if we all work together, we can accomplish anything!!!  Less than one year later we had this done..   I’m happy it all worked out.. I’m happy my kiddos have a safe solid affordable place they love to call home now…  actually cheap by today’s standards!!!  And owned!!!  Yeah😁😁😁😁😁
