^^^Probably just me, but I like the sanded look of the bottom. I’d spray it with a flat clear and leave it just like that.

I'm at the age where "fuck off", "fuck you", and "fuck it" answer most questions.

Yesterday sucked the skin right off my balls and I got  chafed… 8-(  😎  Hard to believe I am still sanding the bottom of busses… and it’s a mostly by hand program… and it’s even more work when you have to sand primer rather than it being bare metal..

I was gonna paint it but I’ve changed my mind.. 😎  I’ll do it next week… 😎

On a bright note… it’s gonna look great!!  and I am glad Audrey drug me back into doing some work this week… even if it sucked… 😎  Work always does a guy good… Sitting around and thinking too much… never good… 😎

Oh man, those pictures are so cool!  AJ, could I get you to send some of these pics in their original size so I can frame some?  The underside and the top pics just above are faves, but I bet you could pick out some others in your collection that would look good in a frame on my wall?

Next phase is going to blow my mind.  I’ll prepare myself.

Funny you ask about some pictures…. we were just talking about setting something up where people could purchase pics right through our website or something like that…  wouldn’t it be sick to have a half dozen pictures on the wall of the resto progres too!!!  Maybe in your office at home..  or office at work!!!

I’m gonna get the bottom painted today!!!!.. I feel amazing, this weekend was amazing…  It’s time to lay down some amazing paint! 😎  It’s a great time to be painting temperature wise also..

We were in Florida this weekend for a show. A guy with a bus had a hard back book made with several pics of the restoration and short descriptions. Pretty cool.

Looks tit’s!!!  did 30% gloss hanover grey sealer single stage, 2 coats of epoxy, over the epoxy that was there then two good coats of grey…Should be protected forever!…. it looks and feels soooo good… 😎  I love touching the 30% texture… it’s awesome… 😎

anyone who wants to feel it.. come on down and have a touch… 😎

Going to flip it back up for the final time.. jack it wayy up.. and spray the wheel wells and some over spray on it and make it look as close to a factory bottom side as possible… 😎 😎 😎  Pics later!

Here are a couple examples. It looks like they tried to hit the bottom of the nose, outriggers, and jack points pretty heavy.

Not sure how to explain it… but the under side is not only beautiful, but it has a different kind of creamy, thick, super smooth feel to it…🤪😍🥳
