Back at it today. Fitting the pass corner section.

Couple of relief cuts and it’s good to go. Ready to burn in.

Pass side corner section burned in. Tac, tac, tac till it’s done.
Fit/ burned in the driver side d-pillar section.
Started fitting the driver side corner section also.

Finished fitting and burned in the driver side corner section this morning.
Cut in taillight holes as well.

Fabed a patch section for the lower front pedestal lip that looked like Swiss cheese.
Burned in and dressed welds.
Pass side needed a couple small patches as well.
Front floor fit.
Blasted the front floor. Epoxy sealed the bottom side of the floor, front frame area, and the heat tube sections.
Riley is starting weld prep for the cargo floors this morning.
Time for a new nose.
We will build it if it comes.
Riley has weld prepped all of the cargo and front floor areas.
Fit and welded the window and nose sections together.
Fit that to the bus. Ready to burn it in.

Just finished grinding welds on the passenger side rear corner.
Onto the driver side!Ground welds on the driver side rear corner earlier.
Began grinding welds on the nose as well.Burned in the nose/window section yesterday.
Brendan…do you want turn signals or keep them shaved and use the running lights in the headlight buckets?

Fabed a section for the lower door seal channel repairs. Pass side done.
Driver side needs the same.
Small patch on the pass dash/window opening.
Driver side needs the same thing along with a couple extra hole in the dash.
