Finally got around to starting on the floor section. Next weekend I'll flatten the ribs and bend up the ends. This leaves the center frame section and make some jack points and it'll be time to cut the floor of the bus out

With the exchange it's hard to justify buying gerson. The floor section ends up being about a grand. I figure I'll have 5-6 hours into the floor by the time it's ready to install plus the 2+ hours Hawthorne helped me with bending.

This is what I do for a living so it's fairly painless to fab up the pieces I need.

Here's what I made my wife for Christmas.

Coffee table. It's 12" tall, the woods 14" and the metal is 6" and its 48" long.

What do you do with 365 used rubbers? Make a tire and call it a Good Year.

Then I'd have to make everything else out of stainless. That's too much work right now.
