Are those the tire sizes you went with on Kelly's BD? I tend to agree with you on the rear tires, being that bay window gearing can use all the help it can get....

Not a bad look. But I already had a bus that was stock height, had knobby tires and stock drum brakes. Just wasn't super thrilled with it. Loved the way it looked, but just felt like I was driving a tractor.

I told myself if I buy/build another bus it will have the following:
-Windows (driving a panel kinda sucks)
-3 full rows of seating
-Enough horsepower to get out of its own way
-Some killer brakes

DMV paperwork can really suck. They don't tend to budge much, can be like talking to a wall.

Been there. Done that. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Hope to put the BRM wheels that I had on the Mango when it was lowered onto this bus. Also going to steal the 1914 out of the Mango to use for motovation.

I did the whole DMV thing on my Mango years ago. Takes a little time and you have to jump through a few hoops, but it's not too bad in Colorado for vehicles 25 years and older.

DMV is just paperwork and processing if it the vehicle is out of the system - just gotta go through the steps. But the bay window was gonna be more work than that. Stuff that I couldn't do over the phone or across state lines. But I am sure keeping it in CO might have made it easier.

Enjoy it! Scored a sweet bus.
