Jeff…. Looks like you are in luck…. I didn’t realize we had ANOTHER subhatch hanging out over here…Β It has the interior… but we could get a pretty good idea on measurements.Β well have to draw a picture so we can reference it later if need be.

Upside down, well you get the idea. I need the size of the hole, how far the lip sticks up above the roof (about 1/2″ I think), and the distance from the rain gutter lip to the fliphatch hole lip. The hole is positioned front to back by the wood roof bow shoved up against the metal roof bow at the front so that one is a given. couple pics would help too, though I’ve mined several from samba. Thanks John!
I’ve had a little time to beat on my roof and drink beer with my project, its looking better… got any measurements on that fliphatch?

5 months later… this shell is getting some attention. front floor in, welding cleanup, grinding, fill pinholes, roof work….
I put an extra rib in the roof, it really helped pop it back into shape!

I ordered cargo door bottoms from Gerson on Saturday, got them today! 48 hours from Bogota!
