A little funny….   Cory told me he has popped his oil filter twice last week…

that’s why I put my filter were it is easy to see and change..    Cory’s is all hidden up under the bus…

Hello John  have you looked into a system one oil filter.  cant pop them. i did the Oregon 250 in brothers and same thing, cold desert mornings, now if one takes it easy on the throttle when cold it may be avoided. great tip on clutch cable retaining wiring. thanks for all your detailed pics over the years, enjoy working on only what you want. cheers from the great white north.

I need to look into something better.  I’ve been running the “racing” versions of the filters..  I haven’t popped one in awhile..  but I just did a hell of a road trip in my bus…. And look at the Only thing leaking..  that filter is seeping.. it’s dying to throw out a seal!!!’🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫

I’ve always run Berg pressure relief cover for that reason. Never  popped a filter, regardless of temperature.
