Need a bit of direction. I know there are a number of kits on the market to put a panel in the wheel well wall (of a Beetle) to allow easy access to dual carbs. My internet search skills haven’t turned up anything decent as yet, so any suggestions  ? I’m kind of past the point of fabbing them up myself.

I don’t know of any kits. I’ve always cut the hole to the size I like very carefully, then welded flanges to the piece I removed to attach it back to the wheel well. Make sure you go low enough to get at the spark plugs.

Yup.. Serious!!   Shit gets with it!!!!! Of course I broke it again yesterday!!.. and Fixed it yesterday too… 😎  😎  Love playing with toys.. always have.. since I was born.. 😎  I always wanted to put a gas motor on my Lego’s as a kid!!!  I remember my Dad had an RC500 I think.. Which was associated’s first onroad car.. and 1/8 scale I think… 😎 I wanted to put the motor on my lego’s… 😎

She was Rippin!!!!!   Then I snapped a ball end on a tie rod…   it has a servo saver setup…  but apparently it doesn’t help with this tiny threaded end…  👎🏻 The tires are big and soft.   I have One more!  I need to order some before BBB…  and put it away till then!!!  I’m gonna get kicked off the beach😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
