Thanks fellas. Yeah it’s OK.

Still knocking dents. The driver’s rear wheel well looks like it ran over it own tire? It was all folded up into the corner. I uncurled it, hammered strait, and welded back together.

 

Moving onto the passenger rear lower corner and battery tray now.

Cut out the battery tray and prepped for welding. It’s a lot easier to body work the corner without the battery tray. This is my favorite hammer for the corners.

It’s been a long day, the kitty is tired.

The battery tray didn’t fit very well. Next time I will order a higher quality one. I re-profiled the flanges and made this one work. Had to add a flange extension.

Don’t buy the Klockkerholm metal.

There is no doubt in my mind that getting the customers on the site makes it much easier to collect on the time and materials it takes to turn these projects into something functional!!  The pics help justify our time…  The parkway guys generally don’t get on the site.. but I am sure we could change that with some effort on our part.  And shit.. we should be selling all these yahoo’s a shirt too!!!  😎  😎

Put the dash back together in this 71 bus today. Checked all my circuits first. Ready to rock after some re-working. I Ben the horn should be functional.
