Oh Team 0.40…  I still haven’t added up just how many cc’s you would have to have in a head to run a LOW compression 2 liter at .040 deck height…  And he Laughed at my hemi cut heads and told me to call 1980 if I had a problem….. 😎  Maybe with monster ass huge copper head gaskets?? 😎 😎 I am pretty sure I have over .150 deck height…  I dunno……  😎   Then he talked about some magic vooddoo shit he does on cylinders…?? 😎  😎

30 years ago… I graduated High School and went to basic training for the Air Force.

Today…. My youngest finishes/ graduates from Colorado State University… With a bachelors in Computer science!!!  How fucking awesome is that!….   I am so proud of him… I can’t say it enough.. I am SOOOOO PROUD of him….  😎

Zack is the FIRST person in my Direct blood line to ever FINISH a college education…   I am SOOO FUCKING PROUD of him…. 😎 😎

I feel like I have checked off another “box” on my father todo list in life.. 😎  😎 😎  My youngest born is ready for the world… 😎  😎  He is Happy, Healthy, confident, and is set up for success!!!!!!

Hey guys… I’m up to 50 nights in my bus already this year!!!  And I think we may just stay out another two weeks …

I’m enjoying this freedom and time with my kids!!😁😁😁😁 and its kinda A last big trip with all 4 of us.. possibly…  maybe???

looking like surgery is June 29th they want me for a checkup and quarantine starting like the 22nd… not that excited about having surgery now that I am sorta   Mobile… but I feel like I should just get it over with……   fuck it… let’s see if they can take some of this pain away…

I sorta wish surgery was later in the year…  I’m enjoying cruising around in my bus….  I could do this for a very long while!!!!   I’ve longed for years to have the freedom to be able to just wander and not be on a schedule or timeline…  no where I have to be… no one depending on me…😀.      I’ve checked off all them sooo so important boxes that all need checked…   Thanks to all who helped me in my quest!  Who helped me when I needed a hand or just a shoulder to lean on….😀😀😀😀😀 or an ear to hear.

my bus rocks!!!  But I have had my deck lid open no less than like 10 times!!!  I overheated it and vapor locked it like 3 times…  finally found  a VERY clogged fuel screen on the inlet to my right side carb…….😀😀😀😀😀😀😀  after I tried a few other things…😀    As long as you catch it before you Break it… it can be fixed….  but if you keep on driving it, or pushing it.. you’ll break it..

did valves at Sarah’s..  they were not loose… so my heads aren’t coming off…  but they were a touch tight..  glad I noticed the cracks around my steering box!!!  Fixed e brake, the pass swivel seat my wife has managed to break like 5 times now…😏  then backed my pit bike rack into a tree and had to fix that!!😀😀😀😀

I’m proud to say.., the Jones family has cruised California in Many different busses!    And we Drove them all. 😁😁😁😁😁. Back when I was trying to build a business it was very important to me to show up to as many shows as I could.  And I usually brought my family … so we would combine business trip and vacation..  it was the only way corporate could get me to leave the shop!!  Back then we didn’t camp…  And the trips were usually just a weekend.. I had to get back to KCW!!!  Back then.. I think it was more important to be at the big shows and the host hotels…  the bling, the magazines and all that Jazz was all the rage😁😁😁😁😁😁.  You had to look “hard” and always wear black and a flat billed hat😁😁😁😁

My main project coming up is a major fucking surgery.  June 29th.  It’s an 8 hour surgery.  Wholly shit🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄. Been sorta waiting around for this all year…  I just want to get it over with.

my bus needs a refresh now..  She’s using and leaking too much oil again.  About a quart every day of driving…   I think I will tear my engine down and inspect. It too.  I love my setup…  but it does take a lot of maintenance!  That’s the sacrifice I have to pay to be able to overload my bus and climb hillside in 4th gear😁😁😁😁😁.   Still running like a champ..  but I know it’s time🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

does anyone do screw in valve guides?  Just wondering😁👍🏻
