I’m in isolation too right now, lucky we have a big plot and I can have the kids outside at times with me. I mowed two acres today by hand just to kill time. I don’t wanna be the carrier who passes it to someone and kills a family member. I’ll lay low for a couple weeks and hope things get better around here. Triple Js wishing people health and happiness maybe this is a sign that we all need to slow down and realize how lucky we all are to have what we have.

Hey boys! Ya we hanging low….keeping busy. Been killing this PGSG 58 with my buddy upstairs (other ends of the bus and separate joints)🤣it was put on its lid and every Pilar and door are kinked at beltline🙄 almost got it ready to land donor roof. This time at home is what you make it👍

Well here is my project I have been working on for the last year and a bit, with a young family time seems to dissapear. I tried to buy this bus since I was 16 years old I went back every year or two and finally got the guy to sell it to me a cool 20 years later. After I got it home I realized It had its fair share of issues as it sat out side for close to 40 years. I have done basically all I want to do to it as of now, it’s a awesome workhorse and I love crushing it around, it’s the only stock height vw I have ever really driven for more than a week. I have everything working and it drives, stops and shifts as it should. I’m gonna maybe pull another 56 into the shop today and start pulling it apart, time for another low rider lol. I always forget actually how long it takes to make something drive properly when you start with a beater, pretty satisfied with this one. Hope everyone is safe and well and hoping to catch up sooner than later.

Also been toying around with this old girl, had the carbs redone by Tweddle he cut the bowls and did the third progression, we got a LM1 now and just need to get it out for a couple good pulls and get the jetting adjusted a bit. I re-hooped these wheels a while back and was thinking of throwing them on, what’s everyone’s thoughts???gonna start doing a bit of a interior soon also, it’s about time I get some sound detening in this monster lolol,

I also got a nice cot and brackets for it I may tinker with that today.

Been busy renovating  house and shop ect. Finnally close  to sand blast  this week on the 63  rolled panel  turned. 58 Kombi   Made from 5 busses    Walkthough  with pass swivel seat, high hinge converted ,Raised beam, Custom heater tube, narrowed vanagon  hatch , narrowed  rear Torsen ,irs .Hope to blast bottom on Thursday  still lots of details to finish.
