I’m thinking of getting some Wurth undercoat for this thing. Since I’ll be driving it year round… have you guys ever used it on a car? Wondering how much I need to order…

Pans are roughly 25sq ft. per side.

Are you going to do inside & out? Fender wells?

Franz and Wes both have used Wurth. They said it works good, bit over priced. Dries to a bit more on the soft/rubbery side.

We used Rockit on Mike’s Baja about a year and a half ago and it’s holding up very well and still looks great. The kit we used was $200. More then enough to do everything. https://www.semproducts.com/product/rock-it-xctm

Started metal work on this last night. Decided to put the backend together first.

Pass side fender well section rough fit. 

Driver side was smashed up so a much larger section had to come off.Apron and fender well sections rough fit, just cleacoed and clamped for now.

It’s all coming together!!!

We will build it if it comes.

Well working did help me out yesterday😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀 Always does… always has!!!  Work has always been my get away from the things that troubled me…

i got a ton of blasting done yesterday… but ran out of sand…. looking way mo better… clean metal!
