Installed tar board today. With the record heat wave(110 degrees), everything is coming to a stand still up here. My tranny parts have been stuck in Portland since Sunday. Maybe one day I’ll be able to get parts to show up… damn parts guy

Found a broken synchro… so weird. Cracked. Barely noticeable until it was loaded when going into gear. Don’t know if it was cracked when I got it from weddle or if I somehow cracked it when installing. Anyhow… got a new synchro. Also found NOS 1st and 2nd gears. And 3 and 4 dog teeth and a 1st and 2nd slider. So I decided to go full out and put all the NOS stuff in it. Finished putting it back together tonight. Going to plug and play tomorrow.

Trans installed. All the way out to the wheels. Starter hooked up. Brakes done. Just need to plug the motor in now.
