This going to be at Bulli this year Corey?
I’m not assembling it. Leaving here a painted shell. Still waiting on a decklid and some hinges.

I loved my Vanagon, only thing, it was super slow. I built a 2366cc aircooled engine for it and it still would barely move. Subi power is probably a great choice. My cousin just swapped her Vanagon to Subi and drove cross country with it. Only had one small issue with a sensor or something.

in reply to: Rolled over singlecab finally getting paint! #15246Damn it. Thought paint would make my gaps look better. Really only one treasure chest door is giving me problems. Gap is tight. Guess I shouldn’t start a project without all the metal prior to starting. Live and learn.

in reply to: Built me a shiny daily I can be proud of #14914Nicely done. I got rid of a couple of these last year. Just couldn’t generate enough energy to work on them. Seeing how nice yours turned out, maybe I should have spent a little of time on them. Might have turned a bit better profit.
I only put in a couple of weekends, some late nights and about a grand.
