JJ – Sounds like your buttoning up a few odds n ends that were left….saw ya place 5th out there at Primm…too cool!  I was diggin the “fuzzy” bus too..lol!

It’s been 90s here, but had rain the other night, a heck of a thunderstorm, and then it’s been nice…in the 80s here as well…..no real excitement here on the weekend, just me taking about 3 hours to put a fuel pump in a ’66 Big Block Corvette….not much room in there….silly turd, tricks are for kids!

Yep – JJ spent some time today buttoning things up on your beautiful bug today! Trunk liner and wiring cover in – made sure all the lights were working good before we covered them all up too 🤙🏻 all that’s left is for a good bath before she leaves!!

Every time I’m near this bug I’m impressed by how nice all the details are! 😍 The doors open and close so nice, the hood and decklid open and click closed sooo nice, everything is just so clean and all the details are so good!! 🤩 I like those rear pop-outs too, that is a nice good weather cruising edition! Drives so soooo good too 😎 Clean and mean machine right here!!

I’m going to give her a good bath, and then I think you should give her lots more baths when she gets home – it’s just going to look better and better every time!! 🤩🤩🤩

She lost her bath virginity today!!! Looking clean! And she is water tight!!! Not a single drop inside the car after the bath 🤙🏻🤙🏻😎😎😎 that will be good since you live in Florida!! 😅😅

After being buffed I spent awhile finding and rubbing out little tiny bits of extra compound here and there… I’m sure there’s still some I’ve missed – but I’m sure you’re going to want to give her lots of baths 😍🤩🤩🤩 have I mentioned how awesome the doors, hood and decklid open and close enough times yet?!? 😅😅😉😉 starts up quick and easy and drives so good too!! Love this bug 😎 I heard JJ wants to drive it around this week more just to be sure she’s dialed for you 🤙🏻🤙🏻 wish you were closer so we could see this car cruising around!! 😁

Dropped off there for a few days…..tending to my sick 13 year old Lab…yup everything is old n needs attention around here…lol!

Looks fantastic after a bath!  Yeah, I  try not to get caught in our afternoon downpours, but like ya said it’s FL – There’s liquid sunshine everywhere!!

I’ll haveta keep some videos going of the adventures as they continue….there should be a bunch of ’em!

The door gaps, etc. look perfect….so not surprised they close great too!  I’m super excited – Really enjoying the test run videos….been sharing them with a bunch of friends along with the b4 n after shots…everyone is amazed….Great feedback on the snap video run of the build..I  think that’s a favorite….

Oh, yeah…engine in the background…actually a grille…my brother got for me…you put dry ice on it and smoke comes out the zoomies at parties…its a hoot!  Yep, in the living room…Single guy life…lol!
