These Gerson heater channels are so awesome…. !!! 😎  heavy!!!  correct!!!!  Love em!

I sprayed a few coats of etch primer up in the pillars where it will be hidden after I put the heater channel in.  I also need to see about the defrost tubes that go from the heater channel up the A pillars to the defrost.. I want to get that flex tube on now while I can get to ti…

I can pick the channel up with the hose👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻   And I put some seam sealer around it also👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Yes, Awesome!….looking Great!…That heater channel DOES fit great!  Thanks for the etch up in the armpits…lol…it will be away from the weather, but we do have salt air down here that u can’t get away from….even 30 miles inland…

This was one of them days where I stared at that corner for awhile while deciding how to attack it…

I had a sorta fit panel I trimmed up and welded in the missing parts😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Then I drilled some holes in prep for some plug welds, and sprayed some more primer in the arm pits😁😁😁😁

next is weld the lower nut plate skin that’s all cracked… and install that heater channel👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
