I kept getting distracted yesterday🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫.  But I made progress cause that’s just what I do😎😎😎😎

I dorked out on your 1300 badge😎😎😎😎. I knew once I put it on, it wouldn’t be coming off… so it was the last chance to sand and polish!

Then on to taillights.  And anyone who says you can restore a set of taillights in no time is full of it!!!
First I had to round up some hood rings…. Then get through the buffing process without bending one or shooting it across the room!!

 I washed the bulb housings instead of glass bead to save the logo’s👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻  But I do glass bead the brass contacts so they are fresh and make good contact😎🤫

keep them old taillight lenses for the metal peive between the bulbs.  The good WW come with cardboard 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

1300 Emblem looks phenomenal!!!

Taillight housings look great too….yeah didn’t want to lose the stamping or the reflective finish…..

I ran into the same issue when I built the Buggy…I  did the same thing..pulled the metal dividers out of broken taillight lenses to use in the repros…..

Been pinching pennies over here…🤫🤫🤫.
I have about a 1/2 gallon of60% glass, like the pan.    The tanks new and already a 60% dark grey…. I was thinking about masking that, then the tank would look even more better than all black…… two -toned😎😎😎😎😎. Detailed👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Well,   Not much left now!!  Gas tank install, oil filter mount…. Not sure about the one we got with the over rider tubes in there.  Everything fits so nice I don’t want to mess it up!!  OIL….  The big Empi valve covers might not work either…. They are Close to the body!!

alignment…. Check some shit, steering wheel!!  I’m gonna do that dead last👍🏻👍🏻
