Sounds good about the fuel pump n oil filter…and the mounting locations…makes sense.
Yes, definitely need a nice steering wheel…..I think they used the same style up to 1970?
Do ya need me to send a Red Top Optima battery your way? Don’t want to put any wet cell battery in this rig!

Helped Doug with a few things.. pass front kick panel.. and those two kicker plates for front floor heat, so you direct it all to the dash 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎got the carbs on, fuel lines on.. wired, heat tubes.. last piece of tin tucked in seal tucked in.. some zip ties.. throttle cable.. etc..,

Yeah she is looking good!!! I forget how sexy it is to get the fuel pump out of the engine bay and get them fuel lines out of there.. But you just gotta know that if the key is on… Your pumping gas… 😎 😎 😎 Possibly right past the needle… 😎 😎
No Doug today… He is busy.. 😎 I’m thinking about doing a little sanding and buffing today before I start putting trim and lights on the outside.. It looks great, but everything looks better with a buffer run over it a few times… 😎 Shine it up real real nice… 😎 especially the doors and rear 1/4’s..
