hahaha  😉    Got all those inside and underside area’s worked, a lot of tool mark remover got sanded off… 😉   All I lack is to block the cowl out and put some poly on this shell!!! YES!!  Can’t wait to get over this hump…. This rig needed soooooo much welding…. I hope this is my last build of this size…. 🙄  🙄  🙄  🙄  🙄   This poor girl was beat…..  but soon to be beautiful….

This has been quite the project…  I am having to spread and sand tool mark remover over all the tool marks, and there are tons’s of tool marks to remove.. I hope this is my last rusty fucked up project like this… 🙄  🙄  🙄   a few pics… so you can see how much fun I have been having, and not posting much pics. cause it sucks.

So I was looking at buying that repop decklid. The shipping was $366…I email the guy to see if that was right. No response yet, no phone number on the evwparts website.

Does anybody have a vert decklid repop or OG that they would sell us??

A couple of vert decklids on samba  $1800 for OG.  One guy won’t ship.  The other guy would tho.    I really don’t want to spend $2k for a dumb deck lid tho. 😕

Fuck it, buy the louvers from Wolfe and graft a sedan lid. Who cares about rain gutters? they prob won’t clear the IDAs anyway? Or those things pop up on samba too
