Seems like this bug has an identity crisis halfway between Baja and standard Beetle!!!???? I’m going to push it over the edge and make it Baja!!!! Anybody need a 67 only deck lid and rear clip???

Heh! I got it for a G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂  First good score in a while!!!!! The kid used it as his daily driver for college and then left it at his dads house when he moved to Denver. It’s been hanging out in the trees for a year or so and a couple mice moved in so I need to air it out and clean up a bit, maybe the carpet needs to go!! I need to get the title signed over and get it registered but I’m pretty sure I’m gonna end up with a  running driving titled Baja!!! CHEAP!!!!  🙂 🙂 🙂

Thats RAD Rusty!!!  I say you keep that rig.. I bet Holly would rather ride in something with doors and a roof anyway…. 😎  We gotta go do engineer pass this summer!!!!!!  Would be cool to get the whole Gang together for that one!!!!!!  BAJA campout.. That should bring out quite a colorful crew… 😎

The Dad, whose kid I bought the Baja from tried to drop off the title today but I was outta town:( Sounds like the title was never transferred to his sons name and is still on his wife’s name so the title is good to go I just need to pick it up!!!! I’m starting to wonder How this could go so smoothly!!! I think I bought a mouse poop Baja running driving and titled  for a grand! YEH!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 🙂

Baby Steps!!!! 🙂 Removed fenders.   Loved the kids enthusiasm! There were like 9 different sizes and kinds of bolts, nuts and sheet metal screws holding em on!!!! 🙂 🙂
