Got the kids all serviced. I think Goldie may need a new thermo time switch so that the warm-up fuel enrichment will turn off earlier.

but a big thank you to Franz for looking over everything and getting Greta all tuned in again for me!! She drives SO good now! And good to know about the thermo time switch… Iāve noticed that, but after a few stops it seems to be ok.. for now at least! Haha

Knocked out a tin work paint job for a local buggy last night.
Nothing super fancy. Customer had taken care of Ā prep work. Sanded everything down really good, epoxy sealed, and 3 coats of bright ass orange single stage.
We will build it if it comes.

Like them quick in and out parkway projects… this is normally when this kind of work would be stacking up… but I think the spring rush will turn into a summer rush….. š

Here is one of the rarest beetles you will ever see. Baja super beetleš….and no I donāt mean the Baja edition. This one is actually a has a Baja fiberglass kit. It looks to have been in a front end collision at some point due to the bent pan head.
Weāve done Ā a carb swap, some tuning and paint repairs on this one.
Installing a single empi hpmx, 009, and China alternator on a rail today. Should be ripping g later

Morty brought his car down for a tune-up…but mostly so that I could buff the fender that I stuck my hat into while painting last winter.
