My back is sore for sure!!!!… ever since I got home.. Like usual… I do too much walking around here…  I really don’t do much of anything.. but it doesn’t take much to get me fucked up.  Even when I feel decent like I do now.. My back is still super fucked up… it’s not going to “heal” and no stretches will fix it..  It’s mechanically broke!  😎  No telling when I will get surgery now..

I did a few things yesterday… but not much..  I don’t feel like I am in any kind of hurry… 😎  😎   I got nothing to do, and no where to be… 😎  😎  Or maybe I should say…. I am retired and can’t leave the compound… oh damn…. 😎  😎  😎  😎
