Attitude is everything 🤔You don’t need a Highroof, just spend some time building a generation 2 awning/tent for the Pamper!!!! 🙂
Taller tent eh?? One coming off the top rail!!!!!!!! 😎 I could move all my current stuff to the other side of the bus…. and make a new taller two story one coming off the front side???? 😎 Look off the deck the opposite way? Totally doable… 😎
So I have my motor out again!!!!!! I noticed a valve cover leaking… so I yanked it… Well, Chris did… 😎
Wow that was a shitty pic!!!
So… I am sick of heads coming loose.. When my rockers get some play, assumed wear, they will hit the valve cover ever so slightly… as you can see in the pics.. which makes em leak.. But the real reason is my head studs are loose… The lower one’s… and it is of my opinion… That it is caused by the rockers being centered over those lower head studs. Steel push rods, and dual valve springs, and ratio rockers. I think the action of those parts is slowly loosing those lower head studs. Not a problem when you have stock springs, and aluminum push rods and some valve lash and not to mention the extra effort of the ratio rocker puts on things… I have had studs break out on the road, which sucks balls..and I think all that will be fixed by going back to solid shaft stock rockers, and aluminum push rods, and single Valve springs… I also think less valve spring pressure will mean my engine will spin more freely too… That just makes sence to me…. I doubt I will notice the different springs or the lack of ratio rockers.. I only spin my shit at 4000 max.. and usually lower than that really…. 😎
