I guess I’m going to drain the fuel and put some pump gas in it.

Maybe Bridger from Pocatello knows the compression ratio? Is anybody friends with him on facebook/insta? I need answers.

It seems to run ok on pump gas. Messing with the carb now. Drilled out idle jet passage for more fuel flow(120 idle jet for big cam/no vacuum) and notched throttle plate for idle speed. I also like to install a bigger inlet valve.

Ready for Crandon! The jetting is a touch rich here. 130 main 85 idle and 55 accl nozzle. Runs great, I think is probably a low compression engine as it didn’t seem to ping/detonate on the pump gas.

If you take it apart in the future you should bump the compression to 13:1 for more horse powers.

Hot damn, she sounds pissed!  You guys have gone above and beyond per usual.  Is there really a spot left on the trailer?  Seriously reconsidering pulling out of the race.  Pat & Franz, you guys want to race it?  I’d be down to let that happen.  Give me a ring today, lets chat about it.
