Let me ask Weston if he is coming with Malia. If so, one of them could bring it back.Pat KKeymasterMarch 26, 2018 at 7:01 pmPost count: 1268
Spent some time on the ladder today. I’ll get it sanded down and painted tomorrow.
We will build it if it comes.ColeBModeratorApril 2, 2018 at 6:30 pmPost count: 1502
Man I missed camping in the BBOE! Always such a good time. After only driving the stock DC for so long I forgot how much this bus RIPS! So fun. Thanks for getting this thing all fixed up guys.Cleaned the motor off today! Looking good. Those air filters were caked with dust! Breathing easy now. Seemed like a half inch of dust on everything in here even with a pretty good engine seal. HaRustabusParticipantApril 2, 2018 at 6:56 pmPost count: 1843
If you could only have one Bus………………ColeBModeratorApril 2, 2018 at 8:56 pmPost count: 1502
Exactly Rusty. If I had to choose one, it’d be this bus.John JonesKeymasterApril 4, 2018 at 9:15 amPost count: 6326
This rig is a tough one to beat… it has it all going on!!!!! 😎 I’m glad it went to a good home… and despite, all the other cooler earlier busses you guys own, this is still your favorite driver… and more than likely, the cheapest one in the whole fleet…. 😎ColeBModeratorSeptember 8, 2018 at 9:45 pmPost count: 1502
Valve adjustment, timing and oil change for the BBOE tonight! Happy bus. Weston and Malia are heading to lava hot springs in Idaho. Just got the CB performance oil sump gaskets in the mail yesterday! So, good timingJohn JonesKeymasterSeptember 10, 2018 at 9:01 amPost count: 6326
I hope Weston and Malia have a problem free trip and make some fresh awesome memories!!!! That bus is awesome… 😎ColeBModeratorSeptember 10, 2018 at 6:50 pmPost count: 1502
Weston is a hipster. So he used a Polaroid camera this weekend. Photos are cool and him and his friends annoyed an awesome trip to Lava Hot springs. Everyone loves this bus! What bus cruises problem free at 65 and then you can cook pancakes in the morning??John JonesKeymasterSeptember 11, 2018 at 7:34 amPost count: 6326
Great pics… I guess I didn’t see the dates on that post.. it’s already happened!!! 😎 Glad they enjoyed it..
Cole… I was thinking about the BBOE the other day…. I wanted to ask you to order one of those Wolfgang mid mounts and put it on the BBOE.. That single mid mount is not enough IMO… Since I dropped the cradle also, it should just bolt in easy easy. Then I bet it will stop coming loose on ya… 😎mtnbusParticipantSeptember 11, 2018 at 8:26 amPost count: 1031

Your gonna like it.. no welding required, and you’ll want to put it on another bus at some point in your life.. 😎 Maybe your DC??ColeBModeratorSeptember 12, 2018 at 11:27 amPost count: 1502
True… good idea. I’m sure there is something else I can put it on… hahaColeBModeratorOctober 8, 2018 at 8:56 pmPost count: 1502
The BBOE got a little love today. I adjusted valves, points, timing, put a new pulley on, new heater tubes things that go from the fan shroud to heater boxes and cleaned the carbs up as well as the rest of the engine compartment. Happy bus.
