Started on this one today. Beam, trans and stealing gear removed. Body mounted to a dolly.
Opened up all the boxes. Looks like everythings here to put it back together.
First box I opened let me know whoever packed it was meticulous.
This box was amazing!!!
Need to get everything organized/stored in the morning then pull removables from the body.
We will build it if it comes.
Barf!!!! Holy Fuck!!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Yeah, another one of Those!!!!! Are Ya kidding Me??!?!? 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
wow !
“you probably shouldn’t be hauling loads of wood around in that thing”!
so nice
What’s the plan for this one? Touch up and reassemble?
Hope it’s a full build!! Isn’t this the earliest earliest Single Cab known?!?!?!?!!?!?
As far as I know… this is the oldest truck still around…. 😎 Thats about as cool as it gets right there!!! Possibly my only chance to body work some smooth gates!!!!! 😎
Were going to make sure shit fit’s right, gaps are as good as possible and repaint it and assemble it… With a later tranny and 1914 baby tractor motor.. this is going to be a shop truck for the Sailing Bridges garage… Cole said he plans to use it… Like we use our busses.. So.. Were going to shoot for correct, and respectful, but not over the top…. 😎 Which will be a tough line to draw with a barndoor…. 😎
This shouldn’t take too long…. 😎
Proud and Stubborn 👍🏻
well that certainly is an exciting opportunity to work on this SC
about to get a good power washing…. Fits have been looked over and dealt with… removables off…. 😎 I need to get them gates cleaned up and body worked…. 😎 Smooth gates…. soo nice…. 😎
Proud and Stubborn 👍🏻
Stored all the parts away this morning and handled a couple gap/fitment issues on the pass lower door and treasure chest door.
Also hung the engine lid and apron. Everything looks good
We will build it if it comes.
Gonna be sweet! Can’t wait to see it
Ohhhhh man! Gonna be sick!!!!
JJ. About the drain holes on the rockers and under the b pillar. Let me know if it doesn’t make sense and I can get clarification. From Mark:
”Drivers side, there is one pressed drain hole under the b-pillar….that’s it. Nothing else down the whole rocker.
Passenger side, pressed drain hole under the B-pillar, and three more down the rocker, but they stop short of the reserve hole.
Easy answer for John is , leave dimple drain under driver’s side b pillar- and remove everyone back from there”
All cleaned up and back in the dirty shop ready for love.
We will build it if it comes.
What’s the backstory on this one?
