I looked at all your junk.  👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻  Then I went out and found you some original VW stuff😎😎😎😎😎. Of course one of the shafts was frozen.  Of course a bushing was missing.  But of course I found and fixed that shit too.  I also found an original switch too. You have wipers that work perfectly!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻  I also got the alignment going, and relocated the rear seat belt bolts in the correct location.  I need to round up some shouldered bolts for the back seat back rest now..,

I guess I’m finishing tomorrow… 😎😎

Wrong back seat!!!  But KCW junk yard to the rescue!  I found a decent seat and hardware.,  I have spent some time putting things back to original on this car!!!  Located a battery strap!!  Was putting the cables on and the positive terminal broke..  it was cracked.  So I got a fresh cable!!  Got the seat installed, and some carpet glued down, and some seat rails lubed up , they slide like glass!  And also took that pacel tray out.,  those things are dangerous😎. Checked axle nuts and fresh cotter pins..  also greased the new beam up and aligned it and tightened that shit..  I lubed door Lexus and shit..  I thought I was done, and see we are missing some hub cap clips!!  I’m on it!!!  No problem!!  I got the tool!!!   Almost done!!!!!!!!

Sara and Dan..  wanted you to know you can come get your car anytime!  Last weekend I drove it around for a bit, made some minor adjustments and fixed the turn signals and put the idiot lights on the right side, was gonna fix your dome light and it fell apart in my hand!!!!  Sorry, dry rot aftermarket’s 🤫🤫🤫🤫.
I have looked a few times now and can’t find one..  you might just order one next time your ordering stuff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Well dry rot happens, will order one not to horribly worried about it. We might be able to head that way Sunday but realize it’s Mother’s Day. Excited to get her home and driving around town, so fun to see all the smiles and looks I get when she is here.
