I am reminded of the overall “cost” of personal projects this morning.

Getting back to sanding on a customer project feels like a break😎😎😎😎.  I put enormous pressure on myself to hurry up and get my shit done ✅   Been a curse and a gift my whole life!!!😎😎😎😎😎😎.

I am always inspired when I get on here to see how you guys all get shit done! Most people have a list a mile long of unfinished projects and nothing to ever show for it. The balance between customer work and my own projects has been crushing me lately. KCW gets shit done!!!

How about that…  Two shop owners , two guys who have both built tons of shit, acknowledging how hard the juggle is between paying work and our own projects… 😎😎😎   It’s easy to start projects..  it’s tough completing projects!

I like the ending.

I sorted all the trans parts and condensed down into one and a list….Not sure that I’ll be able to set the ring and pinion depth without the correct tools. But I’m going to keep moving forward until there is a problem. Super beetle main shaft, 4.12 r&p, and early 3rd/4th gears.
