Well, just when you think you’re going to have a boring morning….. Grabbed my single cab this morning to deliver a ski chair and halfway through town my car stalled out? As I was trying to restart it the woman behind me hollered my car was on fire🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Holy Fuck!!!!! My shitty many years old fire extinguisher behind the seat is the only reason Blue Thunder is still alive!!! I replaced fuel lines a little while back but didn’t use hose clamps, wasn’t trying to be super OG but VW didn’t use em so……….. 😕😕😕Bad choice but I feel REALLY LUCKY that I didn’t loose my Rig!!!!!😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍

That quadzilla is wet dream material.  Not too many clean & stock examples in existence. Most were ridden hard and put away wet until trashed. The color scheme looks like something Vanilla Ice would have ridden in the height of his fame- “word to your mother”

Looks like that shitty black braided line, I tried some of that recently despite my swearing off cloth braided line, the shit was leaking and falling off before I even got the fresh motor fired up!

Gates fi line and fi clamps for me.

Yup! Bought like 30’ feet of that shit from CIP, still a bit rattled from seeing the back end of my Bus engulfed in fire 🔥🔥🔥😬😬 can’t believe that i didn’t loose my Rig!!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏 the ancient fire extinguisher behind the back seat was the only reason it didn’t end up VERY BAD!!!! Gonna order another couple of Blazecut units as well as brand new extinguishers for all my Rigs as well as new fuel lines With Clamps all around!!!!!!! Holy Fuckity Fuck!!!!!!!
