Not sure if you guys are aware, but we have a good trans builder down this way.  Greg aka Mr. Gas, down in Canon City.  Nice guy who’s able to provide experience and build what you want.  He specializes in $yncro transmissions, but has a ton of knowledge about all transaxles.

All they do is teach you a bunch of exercises and stretches that you should be doing already anyway. They add a couple new ones each session to keep you coming back. “Come back again and let us watch you do the movements so we can charge you $100/hr.”

I had never been to a gym until May 2022 ,when I first started doing Reformer Pilates with my wife, in readiness for her full hip replacement.

All I can really say is WOW !!… what a difference the sessions have made to my posture and sense of wellbeing.Four times a week for 45 minutes.

At a friend’s 70th birthday party recently ,an old friend who I have been close to since primary school ,jokingly commented that I had grown about 2 inches in the last 12 months.

At 71 ,I’ve still got my eye on that 105th birthday party.
