my neck is doing me no favors either 👎🏻

We have one. It’s empty and covered up, but makes a nice platform for the kitties to hang out on.  If it hadn’t been built into the house, I’d have junked it a long time ago. And I’m a big fan of the benefits of a hot tub. However, there are a number of side issues that can come along with them that for me made it so not worth the time and effort to keep it maintained.

I got a steroid shot in my right hip yesterday.,  feels WAY better this morning..,   I have an MRI on my left shoulder this morning 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄. Something is ripped in there !!!

It could be an impingement also in rotor cuff. Ether way shoulder repair sucks
