Franz ordered my brand spankin new Yokohama’s, yesterday, all 4 shaved for weight loss!!!    This is MY tire of choice for offroad!  Skinny and strong!!!

I’m saving enough by NOT going to BBB to buy me some fresh tires for racing!!!!.. That was an “ok” trade off.. but I will try to not make a habit of it… 😎  Also gonna be able to buy Pat K a brand new case for his Class 5!!!!  He donated a new one to my program last year…. 😎  Thanks again! 😎 😎 😎

HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELL YEAH!!!!  I love them tires!!! I wish I could them on my bus!!!!!!  😎  Pearcy had them on his single cab last year…??

Bigger tires are going to help my car in many ways..  I’m excited!!   and the look… JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!

Mean as fuck!!!!   Did some good shit this morning!!!   Got up at 4am and got a bunch of front end shit off my mental list!!!!  I need to touch up my fenders… I see Donny Donovan repainted his fender…  He’s trying to show me up!!!  😎

Franz got my shocks done… I need to play with the rear next…   Franz took out my “flutter” washers in my shocks… he said they should be just right… or maybe leaned a touch towards stiff!!!!

Playing with timing advance curve and carb inlet valve all day. The stock inlet/float valve is terribly restricted. Our Friend Blaine Beecher had one with bigger holes to flow more fuel.

20 degrees base

30 degrees at 3200rpm

33 at 4200rpm

Should rip, you guy will have to listen for pinging at low rpm, high load…hill climbing type stuff.

I ditched the Carburetor adaptor too. I think enlongating the 34pict3 carb mounting holes to accommodate the 30pict1 carburetor is OK,…as I am pretty sure there is a European 1200cc dual port manifold that has the smaller carb flange that would be considered “stock”.

Well… I had a fabulous day yesterday!  Got my fenders looking acceptable again!! My car drives!! I got my awesome sexy ass tires on!!!!!  I set my toe front and rear… I am barely toed in front, and a little more than barely in the rear!!!!!  Got rid of a wheel spacer in the rear… I would love to get rid of both… but my spring plate retainers just barely almost touch my tires at full droop…  so.. I don’t want interference, and I want to keep my retainers on there… so I am stuck with one spacer.. Now. I wish I had left it long axle…. 😎  Dagnagit!!! owe well.. The short axle is gonna give me more control over the axle and more spring…

Shocks are about to go on… and then.. well… BAM….  😎  BRAAP!!
