I’m going through the bond for title process for some cars I have and I know you’ve done this before.Β Who did you use for securing a bond when you got your titles/titles?
Thanks!
If you provide them with a notarized bill of sale you can do “in lieu of bond” titling. The vehicle has to be running and roadworthy or you will get a salvage title.
My wife signed the notarized bill of sale for the last one I did, no problems or questions.
If you want to do the bond you will have to find an insurance company to write the bond, and a licensed vehicle dealer to do a apprasial.
